City Green Zones Revitalization Efforts
Workers from the Municipal Enterprise 'Miskzelentrest' are continuing their efforts to improve the city's green spaces.
In Istanbul Park, specialists are repairing and repainting benches and trash bins. They have also restored the signage on the drinking water fountain.
The landscapers are maintaining the cleanliness of the green zone, and as summer approaches, the park will be adorned with colorful flower patterns.
Additionally, Odessa's landscapers are treating biopreparations for boxwood hedges citywide to combat pests.
The specialists at 'Miskzelentrest' are also engaged in extensive greening work on the median strips of Southern and Mykolaiv roads. Together with 'City Roads', they are undertaking complex tasks to lower the soil on Yaroslav the Wise Avenue using both machinery and manual labor.
Planting young trees continues in parks and streets. Local residents are also participating in tree planting. In the central streets, trees are mainly planted in holes that were cleared after stump removal.
