Enhancing Living Conditions in Odesa
Employees of the municipal enterprise «Housing Service «Fontansky» are diligently working to enhance the condition of courtyard areas daily.
Our janitors perform cleaning operations twice a day, which include sweeping, emptying trash bins, and washing waste containers.
Additionally, the specialists engage in grass mowing, tree trimming, and maintaining flower beds and lawns around residential buildings.
At the request of residents, repair works on housing systems are also carried out, including the replacement of water supply pipes, sewage systems, and electrical systems.
Since the beginning of October, the team has undertaken the cleaning of drainage pipes at several locations throughout the city.
Specifically, roofing repairs have been conducted at the address: 137b Staropotofrankivska St.
In preparation for the heating season, repairs have also been made to the networks in the elevator node and the replacement of central heating pipes.
