Municipal Services Management in the City
Employees of the municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Services «Cheryomushki» maintain order in the yards they oversee daily.
Twice a day, the janitors carry out cleaning tasks, which include sweeping courtyards, emptying trash bins, and washing garbage containers.
The municipal workers are also responsible for mowing grass, trimming trees, and caring for flowerbeds and lawns.
In addition, the company's specialists perform repairs on essential systems such as water supply pipes, electrical systems, and roofs.
Since the beginning of October, maintenance work has been done on the elevator unit at the address: Ovidiopolskaya road, 6, and repairs were made to the central heating pipes in basements at Kosmonavtiv Street, 66 and E.Tantsiuri (Gen. Petrova), 7/1.
Partial roof repairs were also completed at locations such as: Ivan and Yuriy Lip Street, 76, Varna Street, 14/2, and others.
Work was carried out on the stormwater drainage systems at St. Richter Street, 148/1, and an automatic switch was replaced at Kosmonavtiv Street, 28.
