Restoration of an Apartment Building in Odesa
In Odesa, at 54 Akademika Zabolotnoho Street, restoration work is underway for an apartment building that was damaged due to aggression by the Russian Federation on January 1, 2024. The attack caused damage to the roof and communications in the building .
In the shortest time, the destroyed part of the roof was dismantled, and works to eliminate the consequences of the attack were initiated. The management company responsible for the building provided temporary protective covering for the damaged roof, which allowed for the restoration of heating in the building.
After completing all necessary project and permitting procedures, the Department of Urban Development announced the auction winner. The winner was LLC “Pilon West”. The cost of the work was estimated at 4.1 million hryvnias.
«The project includes restoration of technical rooms, the attic, the machine room, ventilation ducts, as well as the roof of this building», emphasized Artem Zakharov, Deputy Director of the Department of Urban Development.
Currently, specialists have almost completely restored the elevator room, and reinforcement work on the metal frameworks has been completed. Work on the roof is ongoing.
It is planned to complete the restoration of the apartment building on Akademika Zabolotnoho Street by the end of 2024.
