Removal of Illegal Structures in Odessa Streets
Employees of the Municipal Enterprise «City Roads» are actively involved in dismantling elements that hinder the proper functioning of the street and road network, following directives from district administrations.
In the eleven months of 2024, 344 illegally installed uniparkers and other special equipment (bollards, chains, barriers, hemispheres, blocks, speed bumps, and more) have been removed in Odessa.
The specialists of «City Roads» carry out this work based on instructions from the district administrations of the Odessa City Council to improve conditions for pedestrians and vehicles.

The Executive Committee of the Odessa City Council has tasked «City Roads» with dismantling illegally installed structures such as uniparkers, concrete blocks, barriers, stationary special equipment, and speed-reducing measures (speed bumps) that negatively affect the quality of urban infrastructure.
