Infrastructure Upgrades in Residential Buildings for 2024
The municipal enterprise «Residential and Communal Service «Peresypsky» has been diligently working on the renovation of infrastructure and repair of residential buildings under its management in 2024.
A total of 764 resident requests were processed.
Specialists from «RCS «Peresypsky» executed a series of crucial repair works, including: modernization of centralized heating systems – 15 requests; replacement of central heating pipes – 76 linear meters; replacement of sewage pipes – 54 linear meters; replacement of cold water supply pipes – 132 linear meters; replacement of stormwater drainage pipes – 20 linear meters; roof repairs – slate roofing – 59 square meters and soft roofing – 270 square meters; cleaning of basements – 1979 square meters; cleaning of attics – 1977 square meters; repair of electrical panels – 8 units; replacement of light fixtures – 8 units; repair of entrances – 1 building. Disinfection was carried out in 7 buildings and deratization in 2 buildings. Green areas totaling 7.2 hectares were mowed. Two illegal dumps were eliminated.
Employees participated in 9 emergency response actions following enemy shelling. A total of 125 linear meters of windows were covered with film.
Additionally, the company's cleaners maintain order in the adjoining territories daily. Cleaning activities are carried out twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, picking up litter, washing garbage containers, etc.).
The municipal workers also mow grass, trim trees, clear fallen leaves, and take care of flower beds and lawns around the buildings they service. When necessary, they participate in citywide clean-up events, eliminating illegal dumps and the aftermath of enemy attacks.
