Infrastructure Upgrades for Residential Buildings in Khmelnytskyi
In 2024, the municipal enterprise «Khmelnytskyi Housing and Utility Service» undertook extensive repair work to enhance the infrastructure of its buildings.
A total of 1370 resident requests were processed.
At the request of residents, specialists from the «Khmelnytskyi Housing and Utility Service» completed various repair works on essential systems: roof repairs – 3764.8 sq. m; replacement of downspouts and gutters – 753 linear meters; repairs of cold water supply systems – 1314.6 linear meters; repairs of central heating systems – 945.9 linear meters; repairs of sewage systems – 710.4 linear meters; repairs of electrical supply systems / replacement of electrical appliances – 1297 linear meters / 335 units.
Additionally, the company's employees participated in addressing the aftermath of enemy shelling. A total of 125 linear meters of windows were covered with film.
Furthermore, daily, the company's janitors maintain order in the assigned courtyard areas. Cleaning is conducted twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, picking up random litter, cleaning trash containers, etc.).
The utility workers also mow grass, trim trees, remove fallen leaves, and take care of flower beds and lawns around the buildings they service. When necessary, they participate in citywide clean-up events, removing illegal dumps and the consequences of enemy attacks.
