Innovative Rehabilitation in Odesa: New Technologies for Patients
In the City Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Odesa, over 300 patients underwent inpatient rehabilitation in 2024, with approximately 500 more receiving outpatient assistance.
Last year, additional funds from the city budget were allocated to purchase cutting-edge rehabilitation equipment for the hospital. Notably, the hospital received state-of-the-art virtual rehabilitation systems with mechanized support for the rehabilitation of upper and lower limbs, equipped with various modules for comprehensive recovery of bodily functions.
Additionally, a vibration platform trainer and a computer-based electromyographic complex were acquired for Hospital No. 1.
Renovation work is underway in one of the hospital's buildings to create a modern rehabilitation department, which will integrate the operations of a mental health center.
