New Rehabilitation Center Opens in Odesa
Nearly 300 patients have utilized the new outpatient rehabilitation services at Primary Health Care Center No. 4 this year, located at 62 Levitan Street in the Kyiv district of Odesa.
This modern rehabilitation center has signed a contract with the National Health Service of Ukraine, providing free rehabilitation services based on electronic referrals from family or specialized doctors.
The multidisciplinary team includes specialists in physical and rehabilitation medicine, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and clinical psychologists.
The center is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, aiding patients in effectively restoring their bodily functions.
This year also saw the completion of renovations on the first floor of PHCC No. 4, featuring an inclusive reception area that accommodates wheelchair users.
Director of PHCC No. 4, Tetiana Chernenko, emphasized the importance of ensuring every patient feels comfortable and safe, aligning with modern inclusive space standards.
