Free Rehabilitation Services Available for All
Since the onset of the large-scale invasion, the number of individuals requiring rehabilitation has been steadily increasing. Rehabilitation is essential after surgeries, injuries, or prolonged illnesses. The National Health Service of Ukraine reminds everyone that free outpatient rehabilitation assistance is available to all, regardless of their place of residence.
The medical guarantees program includes free rehabilitation services for adults and children. Internally displaced persons can choose any facility in Kyiv that has a contract with NHSU. However, an electronic referral from a family doctor or a rehabilitation specialist is required before visiting the facility.

If, upon visiting a rehabilitation facility, you are asked to pay for services covered by the medical guarantees program, this is a violation of patient rights. In such cases, it is important to submit a complaint:
