Finals of the Information Technology Competition in Ukraine
The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, along with the National Eco-Naturalist Center for Youth, organized an online super final and selected participants for the National IT Championship 'Ecosoft-2025' and the XVI National stage of the International Computer Project Competition INFOMATRIX-2025.
The composition of the Ukrainian team for the world final of the International Computer Project Competition INFOMATRIX-2025 has been officially approved, which will take place from May 22 to 26, 2025, in Bucharest (Romania).
According to the jury's decision, the representatives of Ukraine at the international final will be:
In the Computer Art category:
Yegor Bovkun, an 11th-grade student from Odesa Lyceum No. 65, with the project 'Architectural History of Churches in Ukraine';
Agata Ihnatova, a student at the Odesa Youth Technical Station 'Sigma', with the project 'Guardians of a Sustainable Future'.
In the Short Movie category, the reserve participants for the world final are:
Taisia Tostohan and Arina Kovtanyuk, 8th-grade students from Odesa Lyceum No. 65, with the project 'ProDreams – in Action!' (team project);
Dmytro Maslov, an 8th-grade student from Odesa Lyceum No. 65, with the project 'Escape'.
In the Robotics category, subcategory LineFollowerRobot:
Oleg Mironenko and Ilya Petrov, students at the Odesa Youth Technical Station 'Sigma', with the project 'FollowMe Robot' (team project).
Informatics teacher at Odesa Lyceum No. 65 Oleg Pustovoyt has been appointed as the national coordinator for the super finals of the National IT Championship 'Ecosoft' and the national stage of the International Computer Project Competition, as well as the curator for preparing the Ukrainian team for the world final of INFOMATRIX.
