Financial Aid for Weather-Affected Residents in Odesa
On October 8, 2025, an extraordinary session of the Odesa City Council took place, leading to significant decisions.
The council members voted in favor of allocating funds to support individuals affected by the severe weather.
Amendments to the City Social Services Program include an additional allocation of 126.28 million UAH in 2025.
These funds will be directed to district administrations to provide financial assistance to those impacted by the emergency situation caused by the heavy rainfall on September 30.
Affected individuals should contact their district administrations to apply for assistance.
Amount of financial aid:
- for apartments in multi-apartment buildings — up to 87,600 UAH;
- for private houses — up to 189,900 UAH.
