Temporary Disruptions in MVS Services
Service centers of the MVS may temporarily face difficulties in providing services due to scheduled technical maintenance.

Details: This pertains to technical maintenance in the National Information System. There may be interruptions in both center services and online services.
Specifically, challenges may arise with:
- taking theoretical and practical exams
- registering and re-registering vehicles
- assigning a rightful user of the vehicle.
- Maintenance of the Unified State Register of Vehicles and the Register of Administrative Offenses is ongoing. Due to this, services in "Diia" and the Driver's Cabinet may be unavailable—such as driver's license replacement, car sharing, number reservation, etc.
- Notification about the restoration of services will be made separately.
