New Mobile Energy Complex for Odesa
The municipal enterprise «TMO» has welcomed a new mobile energy complex, which includes a diesel generator, solar panels, and battery systems.
The solar panels deliver a capacity of 7.5 kW, while the generator provides 32 kW, and the battery capacity is 60 kW. The setup can handle a load of up to 25 kW, making it a versatile solution.
In case of power outages or network damage, the mobile unit can quickly supply electricity to critical facilities.
The city expresses its sincere gratitude to the «Promotion of Energy Efficiency in Ukraine» project by GIZ Ukraine, implemented on behalf of the German government, for aiding in enhancing community resilience during challenging times.
The initiatives carried out under the «Strengthening Urban Resilience» project are part of the transitional assistance from Germany, commissioned by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ.
