Olys Launches New Grain Processing Plant in Estonia

The Ukrainian company “Olys” has designed and launched a new grain processing plant in Estonia for the local company Torvaaugu Mahe Talu (Leibra).

This was reported by Dmitry Kisylevsky, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Policy.

Olys has launched a grain processing plant in Estonia

“The plant is based on the advanced technology „Optimatic-G-24“, which processes buckwheat grain into groats”, Kisylevsky stated. According to him, the production complex also includes aspiration systems, gravity transport, pneumatic transport, as well as all necessary electronics and automation.

Olys' technologists adapted the equipment to the architectural features of the Estonian client's production facility and implemented multi-format packaging.

For the production of equipment for this grain processing plant, the company “Olys” utilized the state program for affordable loans “5-7-9%”, Kisylevsky noted.

He also reminded that the Odessa enterprise “Olys” produces over 200 types of equipment for processing grains into flour and groats, as well as cleaning and quality control of grain. The company designs and installs grain processing plants with capacities ranging from 15 to 300 tons per day, with the cheapest processing line starting at 4 million UAH.

The export share of the company’s product sales is 25%, while the localization level of the equipment is about 75%. The company employs 211 staff members.
