Tragic Event in Sumy: Honoring the Fallen
In Odessa, state flags were lowered in memory of those who died in Sumy due to an enemy attack. A missile strike from the Russian forces claimed the lives of 34 individuals.

Yesterday, on April 13, the enemy launched a missile strike on Sumy, resulting in the deaths of 34 people, including two children. An additional 117 individuals were injured, 15 of whom were minors.
"Residents of Odessa express their heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased," the city council's message states.
Strike on Sumy
The Main Intelligence Directorate reported that the strike on Sumy was carried out by Russians using two Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles. According to GUR, this was executed by Russian units of the 112th and 448th missile brigades from the territories of the Voronezh and Kursk regions.
