As of April 3rd, the official exchange rate of the dollar against the hryvnia decreased by 6 kopecks, while the euro increased by 3 kopecks.

By 10:00, the dollar rate on the "black market" was between 41.20 and 41.30 UAH.
At the same time, the black market rate for the euro was 45.00 - 45.40 UAH.
The average currency rates in banks were as follows:
- US Dollar - 41.00 - 41.67 UAH (rate on April 2nd - 41.05 - 41.67 UAH);
- Euro - 44.70 - 45.32 UAH (rate on April 2nd - 44.40 - 45.00 UAH).
