Collaborative Efforts in Emergency Management
Rescue workers from Odesa participated in a video meeting with representatives from Romanian services, including the Tulcea County Emergency Inspectorate, police, and the «Borderlink» Association. The aim of the meeting was to discuss the signing of a grant contract for the implementation of the project «Joint Response to Fires, Floods in Hard-to-Reach Areas, and Search and Rescue Operations – F.F.&S.A.R» (Project ID: ROUA00400).
The funding proposal for the project has received approval, and the process of signing the grant contract and preparing for the project's implementation is currently underway. As part of this initiative, the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Odesa plans to purchase a special vehicle – an all-terrain vehicle.
