Restoration of Ukrzaliznytsia Online Services
The teams at "Ukrzaliznytsia", along with partners and leading experts, are tirelessly working on restoring their online services.

"In a secure environment, we have deployed a backup infrastructure, prepared all components for restarting from backups of critical systems, and are conducting thorough diagnostics of backups while identifying any potentially harmful elements. We are restoring complex interconnections between various systems", – the statement reads.
Ukrzaliznytsia noted that ticket offices at all stations continue to operate in enhanced mode with extended hours. For instance, in Kyiv on March 24, 18 ticket offices were opened instead of the usual 8. All trains are operating strictly on schedule.
