Intrusion Incident in Kyiv Apartment
Earlier today, around 11 AM, patrol officers received a call regarding an unlawful entry into a residence on Akademika Filatova Street.
The caller reported that an unknown man was attempting to access an apartment on the fourth floor via the balcony.
Upon arrival, officers found the individual hanging onto the fourth-floor balcony.
They called for firefighters, who used a ladder to rescue the man.
During a preliminary search, officers discovered knives in his possession. The man was unable to explain his actions.
Furthermore, it was established that this individual had prior charges related to Article 185 (Theft) and Article 187 (Robbery) of the Criminal Code.
To clarify the circumstances and provide legal qualifications for the arrested individual’s actions, he was taken to the police station.
