Her visit aimed to familiarize herself with the operations of agencies supporting internally displaced persons (IDPs) and citizens affected by the armed conflict.

During her stay, Tetiana Kirienko visited:

  • The center for social and psychological assistance for IDPs and conflict-affected individuals;
  • The front office of the Integrated Social Services Center;
  • The assistance center for victims;
  • The «Veterans' Single Window» at the administrative services center;
  • Service center No. 11 of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Odesa region.

During the visit, the focus was on coordinating efforts between the ministry and local authorities to avoid duplication of assistance programs.
