Property management companies, homeowners associations, and housing cooperatives need to monitor the situation in their buildings, open valves, and ensure the delivery of heating fluid to internal building systems. This will facilitate faster heating of each apartment.
If residents do not receive heat by the end of the week, they should inform their management companies for prompt clarification of the reasons.
