Ukrpost's Achievements in International Deliveries
“Ukrpost” has secured the top position in Europe for international delivery quality. The results were announced by the operational team of PostEurop during their meeting in Luxembourg.
The national postal operator has claimed the first place among all European countries for the quality of its international services. Back in 2019, when “Ukrpost” was just beginning to develop its EMS international delivery service, it was ranked 146th worldwide. Today, it stands as the continent's clear leader.
«The postal network serves as a vital link connecting people. Despite the ongoing war, the Ukrainian national operator is not only maintaining its infrastructure but actively enhancing it. This is a unique case where a country at war showcases such high performance standards. This year, “Ukrpost” was awarded the Rising Star international award and made it into the top three postal operators globally for growth rates. We are immensely grateful to the thousands of postal workers who continue to operate under the most challenging conditions — amidst shelling, power outages, and significant risks. They not only fulfill their duties but achieve significant outcomes for the state company and the country», — noted Andriy Bratus, Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine.
Key quality indicators from PostEurop in various categories include:
- EMS (Express Mail Service — international express delivery of documents and parcels) — 1st place among 23 countries, with a score of 99.89%.
- Prime Express and Prime Tracked, which reflect tracking quality and priority processing, — 100% and 1st place among 20 and 8 countries, respectively. This indicates that Ukrpost flawlessly meets the Universal Postal Union's data transmission and timing requirements.
- UPU Tracked (tracked international shipments according to Universal Postal Union standards) — fifth place with a result of 97%.
The PostEurop study covered the period from February to August 2025 and included postal operators from 23 European countries.
