Ukraine's Tank Forces Day Celebration
September 14 marks Tank Forces Day in Ukraine.
This was announced by Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal on Telegram.
"Tank units are the backbone of Ukraine. The speed, skill, and resilience of our tankers strike fear into the enemy", - noted Shmyhal.
"Dear warriors! In the toughest times, you show true heroism. You quickly mastered the new equipment supplied to Ukraine by our allies. Your experience has become an example for the free world", - addressed the minister to the soldiers.
He expressed gratitude to Ukrainian tankers for their daily bravery and professionalism.
"Eternal memory to those who gave their lives fighting for Ukraine and its people", - added Shmyhal.
Let us remind you that the President of Ukraine established Tank Forces Day by his decree on September 9, 2023, to be celebrated annually on September 14.
