New Driver Services Available in the
The "Diya" app has restored access to services for drivers regarding the replacement of technical passports and vehicle registration.

"All driver services are now back up and running. Together with the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, we have resolved technical issues — both the replacement of technical passports and vehicle registration are now available in the "Diya" application," the announcement reads.
The "Diya" team emphasized that the services operate in the usual automated mode and are available for ordering.
"The Ministry of Internal Affairs Service Center will verify the documents, and Ukrposhta will deliver the new technical passport and license plates to the nearest post office or courier them directly to your door," the app explained.
This service is provided by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine in collaboration with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the state enterprise "Infotech", and the joint-stock company "Ukrposhta".
