Renovation of a Residential Building in Odesa: New Recovery Stages
In Odesa, the renovation of a residential building that suffered significant damage from a missile strike is ongoing.
For the past six months, active recovery efforts have been underway at the multi-apartment building located at Shevchenka Avenue, 8v, which has been repeatedly targeted by Russian attacks.
The most recent strike occurred on November 18, 2024, when the roof, ceilings, and load-bearing structures were damaged.
The project is commissioned by the Department of Municipal Economy of the Odesa City Council.
Currently, work is actively taking place on the second floor: new walls made of gas concrete blocks are being erected. Damaged areas have been dismantled, walls reinforced, and inter-floor ceilings replaced with new reinforced concrete slabs.
The next stage will involve the installation of a reinforced belt and the mounting of the second-floor ceiling.
All work is carried out in accordance with the approved project documentation and construction standards.
Recently, recovery efforts have also begun in the central part of Odesa at the addresses: Novoselskogo Street, 51 and Pasteura, 54.
