New Feature in Reserve+: Online Fine Payment Now Available

A new feature has launched in the "Reserve+" app — the ability to pay fines online.

According to a statement from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, military personnel can now pay fines for not updating their data by July 16, 2024, with a 50% discount.

Paying the fine allows for a quick closure of the administrative violation case and removes any restrictions on the document within the app.

"In the initial version, the service will only allow payment for late data updates. Options to pay for other military registration violations will be available later. The fine must be paid within 20 days from the date of receiving the decision. If not paid on time, the full amount of 17,000 UAH must be settled. If payment is not made within 40 days, the fine doubles and the case is transferred to the enforcement service," the ministry stated.

To pay the fine online, you need to:

  • update the "Reserve+" app to the latest version and log in;
  • go to the "Online Fines" section, submit a declaration of the violation, and receive a decision from the military enlistment office within three days;
  • after that, the app will allow you to pay a fine of 8,500 UAH — 50% of the total amount; as a result, the violation and the restrictions will be lifted.

"Online fines — this is a service for resolving issues that previously required a personal visit to the military enlistment office or police intervention. In "Reserve+", we offer a simple, transparent, and human alternative, similar to existing platforms for administrative fines in Ukraine. This is yet another example of how digital services operate in the interest of Ukrainians," explained Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development Kateryna Chernohrenko.

The ministry noted that the fines will be rolled out gradually to evenly distribute the workload, and the full service will be available within a few days.

As a reminder, in April 2025, the "Reserve+" app introduced the ability to receive notifications about the status of military personnel. Users can now download extended data from the "Oberih" registry to understand what information is held about them, such as their workplace or any violations. The app also features categories for data correction requests, allowing users to update their workplace information for faster booking.
