Beware of Online Scams!

New scam messages are circulating online, masquerading as communications from banks, offering «cash rewards» for completing surveys.

This warning comes from the State Special Communications Service.

These messages link to phishing sites designed to mimic the bank's branding. When victims access these sites, they fill out surveys and are prompted to enter their phone number, SMS code, and PIN.
The fraudsters then use this information to access the victims' accounts and withdraw funds.

How can you avoid falling victim to these scams?

  • Always check the website URL before entering any personal information.
  • Trust only verified sources! Confirm any survey or payment information on official institutional websites.
  • Avoid clicking on suspicious links; search for the official site independently.

If you have been scammed, contact your bank immediately and file a report with the Cyber Police.
