Warning: Hostile Telegram Bots During Mobilization
In Ukraine, hostile Telegram bots have emerged during the mobilization, disseminating information about the addresses of territorial recruitment centers.
This information was provided by the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security Council.
The Center notes that this is happening against the backdrop of recent attacks on recruitment centers, indicating coordinated efforts by Russia to destabilize mobilization and instill fear among the populace.
These bots are also a means for hostile propagandists to collect personal information from individuals for the purpose of future pressure and blackmail.
“Do not engage with such hostile programs and report them to the relevant authorities,” the Center for Countering Disinformation emphasizes.
