New Stamp Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the National Police of Ukraine
Ukrposhta has released a new stamp commemorating the 10th anniversary of the National Police of Ukraine.
The stamp was issued on July 4, coinciding with the National Police Day, as reported by the postal operator.
The stamp features a law enforcement officer holding a weapon.
It emphasizes that the National Police of Ukraine is not just about maintaining public order but also about actively participating in countering armed aggression from Russia. Police officers evacuate people under fire, rescue children, document crimes, and counteract the enemy in the rear.
In the context of full-scale war, the National Police has not only maintained security stability in the country but has also transformed into a multifunctional mechanism: from civilian evacuations to participation in combat operations and air medical evacuation of the wounded.
A sheet of six stamps can be purchased for 600 hryvnias.
