New Accessibility Plan Approved in Odesa
Odesa has approved a new plan aimed at establishing an accessible environment for 2025–2026. The Council for Accessibility, led by the city mayor, oversees the implementation of this initiative.
Experts from the municipal enterprise «City Roads» are working on installing ramps at pedestrian crossings throughout Odesa.
Since the beginning of 2025, a total of 85 ramps have been installed across the city, 34 of which feature tactile paving on new surfaces as part of the «Accessible Odesa» city program.
