Upgrading Outdoor Lighting Systems in Odesa
Electricians from the municipal enterprise «Odesmisksvitlo» have successfully completed the installation of a contact line with lighting fixtures on Kruhova Street in Odesa. A total of 25 brackets with lights were installed, and 850 meters of cable were laid.
Every day, specialists from «Odesmisksvitlo» work on restoring cable lines, repairing transformer substations and distribution points, replacing bulbs and fixtures, and maintaining outdoor lighting poles that fail over time or due to traffic accidents.
Since the beginning of the year, the company's specialists, as part of the ongoing repairs of the outdoor lighting network, have repaired and replaced 1324 lighting fixtures, replaced 2004 gas-discharge lamps with new energy-saving ones, and repaired 21 emergency poles, as well as 39,732 meters of cable line.
Additionally, electricians have cleared 1651 aerial lines of branches and debris. Furthermore, a number of planned maintenance tasks for the equipment have been carried out.
