Modern Medical Initiatives in Odesa
The Odesa City Council has signed a collaboration agreement with the medical information system Helsi to introduce innovative digital solutions in healthcare.
This agreement aims to improve medical services for patients and doctors by providing modern tools to facilitate communication between healthcare institutions and patients. This will enable rapid access to essential analytical data in a convenient format, reducing paperwork and promoting more effective management in healthcare.
Another important aspect of the collaboration is the creation of a user-friendly digital service for the medical support of veterans. The partnership with Helsi allows for a simple and clear pathway to access medical services for veterans: online appointments, clear instructions, and organized support within healthcare facilities. This minimizes bureaucracy and promotes quick resolutions to issues.
Furthermore, within the framework of the agreement, there will be enhanced communication with citizens regarding the National Program “Screening 40+”, along with creating convenient conditions for its implementation through push notifications and the option for online appointment scheduling at medical facilities.
“Digitalization and accessibility are key components of the modern healthcare system in Odesa. This partnership is focused on practical changes: shorter wait times, increased accessibility, transparent processes, and modern services for people,” emphasized Olena Kolodenko, the director of the Odesa City Health Department.
