Young Talents from Odesa Shine at International Festival in Turkey
From October 7 to 14, 2024, young talents from the Odesa Children's and Youth Creativity Center 'Promin' took part in the 10th International Two-Tier Arts Festival-Competition Golden Island of Talents, held in Bodrum, Turkey.
Participants competed in various creative categories, including vocal arts, folk, ballroom, and contemporary dance, artistic reading, visual arts, and more.
The dance group 'Mriya' from the Odesa center presented two solo performances and a group dance titled 'Jazz'.
According to the jury's results, the solo performance 'Another Love' by Oleksandra Balakireva took first place. The solo piece 'Girls' performed by Samira Iskenderova and the group dance 'Jazz' won the Grand Prix of the festival-competition.
This event was organized by the 'Festival Ukraine' Society and the NGO 'Ukrainian Family' with the support of the Ukrainian Consulate in Antalya and the Bodrum municipality.
