Enhancing Educational Safety in Odesa
As the 2024/2025 academic year begins, 24 public secondary education institutions in Odesa have welcomed inspectors from the Educational Safety Service (ESS).
These specialists act as intermediaries among educational institutions, parents, children, and teachers, ensuring proper interaction, responding to challenges, educating, and supporting all participants in the educational process.
During September 2024, the inspectors conducted training and awareness activities addressing bullying, violence, children's rights, traffic rules, safe Internet usage, mine safety, and preventing delinquency among youth.
Inspectors participate in parent meetings, school-wide events, conduct evacuation drills for participants in the educational process, and organize workshops and interactive sessions.
The introduction of the Educational Safety Service inspectors in Odesa's secondary education institutions is ongoing.
