Ukrainian Judo Championship for Cadets Under 17 in 2025
The Ukrainian Judo Championship for cadets under 17 took place in Uzhhorod from November 17 to 19, 2025.
More than 500 young athletes born between 2009 and 2011 participated from 21 regions across the country.
The Odesa region was represented by students from the Comprehensive Child and Youth Sports School No. 15.
In the 73 kg category, Volodymyr Sorvachov won a silver medal, while Yuriy Pinchuk took bronze in the 66 kg category.
The athletes were coached by Hennadiy Yaremenko.
There are 143 young athletes training in the judo sections of municipal sports schools in Odesa.
