International Contemporary Arts Festival in Odessa
On August 14, 2025, the international contemporary arts festival "Two Days and Two Nights of New Music" kicked off at the Odessa Regional Philharmonic.
For two days, the stage of the Odessa Philharmonic is alive with the freshest and most daring sounds of modernity: from electroacoustic music to multimedia projects, from chamber performances to interdisciplinary experiments.
This year, the festival honors the heroic struggle of the Ukrainian people against foreign aggressors. A distinctive feature of the 30th festival is its program, which combines works by both Ukrainian and international composers created during the war, reflecting the resilience of the Ukrainian people and their Armed Forces.
The festival program includes approximately 50 works, including 10 world premieres by Ukrainian and foreign composers. Many musical performances have a theatrical element, combining artistic actions with sound, video, and multimedia installations.
The festival is supported by the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine and the Odessa City Council.
Venue: Odessa Regional Philharmonic named after David Oistrakh, 15 Nina Strokata St. (for inquiries: 725 15 38).
